I was wondering why there is no Pact for the Raven Queen in DnD beyond when there is one in the Unearthed Arcana book i mean if they're brining such classes as the artificer from the Unearthed Arcana then why not the Pact of the raven Queen for Warlocks?
Pact of the Raven has become Hexblade, which is an official Warlock subclass in Xanathar's Guide to Everything. When a subclass becomes official, it gets deleted from Unearthed Arcana.
D&D Beyond does not provide support for UA older than January 2018, anyway.
Another question for the hexblade pact. It says i get 2 spells as a warlock spells at level one, those spells are shield , and wrathful smite. Shield I can stake no problem but Wrathful Smite says it is a Paladin spell at level one and it will not let me take it as a warlock spell, what is going on with that?
wrathful smite is from the PHB, and thus you would need to either have access to the PHB or the spell in question via a purchase or via sharing through a campaign.
If you click the tooltip of the spell above, and it says the content is locked then it means you do not have access, and thus cannot add it to your character.
There are a few homebrew Raven Queen patrons here on DDB that are very similar to the unreleased UA version you're referring to. I have actually made my own unpublished version that is completely unmodified from it. I loved the idea of that Sentinel Raven too much to want to pass it up, lol.

Tell me what you think in the comments below.
D&D Beyond wasn't adding UA material to the character builder back when that particular UA article came out. They have not backfilled, and they don't intend to. Now though pretty much every UA article gets added a short time after it's published. If the material makes it into an official release, the UA version is removed. It's a shame, because I loved playing my Raven Queen Warlock.
Raven didn't become Hexblade, they where both part of the same UA article. Raven just didn't get a official release
Literally this. Hexblade isn't even close to what The Raven Queen pact was. Literally nothing is the same between the two and they were both in the UA pdf. Raven 100% just got rejected.

Do you have a web address of a character sheet where I can assess that?
With a test character of mine, it is working as intended. The spell Wrathful Smite is added to the list of spells.
