how long does the temporary hitpoints from dark one's blessing last after battle

allright its until rest it dosent say that but its good to know

It doesn't have to say that. The rules for Temporary Hit Points are covered in Chapter 9 of the Basic Rules / Player's Handbook.

 True. But how often do they list in subclass abilities “until you finish a short or long rest” etc...

all the other abilities of the fiend pact list it. dark one’s own luck, hellish resilience, hurl through hell, all list when it ends or how often you can use it so I don’t think it was an odd question to ask.

I said the feature doesn't have to list when it ends because it uses the Temp HP rules.

 My only point was that your initial reply came across to me as condescending. Maybe I was just reading into it too much by the “it doesn’t have to” like it was a dumb question to ask. Sorry if I misinterpreted it.

I said "it doesn't have to" as a response to the OP saying "it doesn't say it".

It's not condescending it's clarification.

As a tip for future posts you may read by me: no post will ever be made with intention of being condescending. To be condescending I have to consider myself superior. I don't consider myself superior. I despise myself, I consider me to be inferior to most. If I use few words, I'm not trying to be abrupt or snarky - I'm just trying to fight my longwinded nature. If I make big posts I'm not ranting, I'm just trying to explain my thoughts.
