Playing. Wizard order of the scribe with max intelligence, war caster and resilient con. I’m looking at the luck and tough feats. Any other recommendations. Which one to choose ?

Alert. At 19th Level, you have plenty of Spells/Slots. With the kind of reality-bending, encounter-ending spells you can throw down at this level, going first in initiative can be incredibly important and game changing.
you could magic initiate, get cure wounds for in a pinch. however, i would get the eldritch initiate feat and get a warlock evocation, like eyes of the rune keeper or Master of Myriad Forms
I’d suggest being able to passively see magic all the time would go a long way in keeping you prepared against the one thing that can still get you - an ambush.
I went for tough. Enemies deal so much damage at that levels. So HP is third thing after con and wis saves. But I must say that i have advantage on Initiative.

Variation of Magic Initiate but either Fey Touched or Shadow touched for a couple of free spell uses.
