I'm playing a dnd campaign ( multiclassing is allowed) soon and I want to be a tortle blade singer, but i'm wandering if I should dip totem barb for bear totem, and elk aspect, or cavalier fighter, but I want some advice
Well, I’m not sure I’d dip either of those. You can’t cast while raging, which makes barb/wiz working against itself. Fighters are good for a 2-level dip for a wizard, but I’m not sure what you’d want with cavalier in this build. Is it just unwavering mark?
Really any m/c with a wizard, you have to keep in mind losing your spell progression. Is it worth 2 levels in fighter to cast spells a full level lower than you’d be able to if you just stayed wizard? Maybe, but many times, it won’t be.
Really, you should single class, and then really, really swap your str and con. You want a high con to help with concentration saves. Right now, you’ve got a -1 to them. Yes, you can add int mod when bladesinging, but the -1 still works against you. And you won’t use str for anything, as tortles can’t wear armor. That’s assuming you keep your dex up and use a finesse weapon.
I Really apricate the advice, and I said cavalier for unwavering mark, and cuz it's my favorite fighter subclass. I also suggested totem barb for more resistances, reckless attack, and double walking speed.
I would not recommend watering down the best class in the game unless you have very specific goals. Additionally, you will find that while bladesingers are great in melee at low levels, you have better things to be doing with your actions than poking something with a rapier. You definitely do not want to be marking things so they hit on your D6 hit points. Yes, you have great AC, but when you get hit, you get hit hard.
Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.
You could tweak it to be a tortle and the idea revolves around the notion that wizards can create their own spells, so if it piques your interest make sure to wave it in front of your DM first as they might not agree witht he rationale behind the spell selection.

It is apparently so hard to program Aberrant Mind and Clockwork Soul spell-swapping into dndbeyond they had to remake the game without it rather than implement it.
They still need either strength or dexterity to hit with. Blade song doesn’t make that completely SAD- they don’t get to wield their weapon with their spellcasting stat. But they definitely do not need both…

Heres a link to an idea for a bladesinger I had a while back: https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/story-lore/110295-robs-unused-character-idea-6-silence-the-mage

I think multiclassing into Barbarian is a good idea as long as you remain aware that you can't cast spells while raging
I wonder how plummeting hundreds of feet feels
Why are you putting stats in both strength and dex?
Actually, why are you putting any stats into dex OR strength.
The whole point of going tortle bladesinger is to get crazy SAD. So you can max Int and Con only.
I'm probably laughing.
