What are the most shenanigany shenanigans one could get into with demiplanes? For example, could one, theoretically, create a demiplane filled with acid, teleport a tarasque there, and peace out, leaving it to die? I would very much like to hear thoughts and methods for me to steal to cheat the system to get rid of players i hate so i'm not cheated out of an epic moment from a BM GM

I am the holy flame that will purge this world of the soy bois and HERETICS.
Normally glyphs cannot move without fitzing out, but with demiplane, they don't have to move but you can use them in a portable fashion. Glyphs take care of Concentration for you, so this is a great way to store up your buff spells. When you expect to head into a big fight, open the demiplane, step in, say the secret trigger word, get buffed up, step out and demolish your opponent.
Alternatively, fill it with traps and combos like Hold Monster and Sickening Radiance with some Disintegrates. The trick would be getting the enemy into the demiplane - especially if they're big. For most Suggestion, Dominate Spells are good. For bigger enemies you may need to polymorph them into something that can fit through the door. Fortunately, the door lasts an hour and doesn't require concentration. Alternatively, see if the DM will let you craft a tuning fork to the demiplane so you can just Plane Shift enemies into it.
If you have something that lets you use two 9th level spells in a day, such as a diamond Spell Gem or certain Epic Boons, you can make glyphs with 9th level spells such as Foresight, Invulnerability so you can then gain advantage to everything and be immune to damage, and the concentration on that immunity cannot be broken.

Demiplane with some glyphs and supplies is great way to secure your Clone.

You have convinced me that Glyph of Warding is a very very good spell. Worth it just for ending concentration. Yeah, it takes an hour to set up, so what? The non-movement is a fair limit, but avoidable by several means, not just Demiplane.
But I won't hijack this thread for Glyph.
