The wand regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the wand's last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the wand crumbles to ashes and is destroyed.
Did you mean a 1d4?
Nope. Similar to the Wand of Magic Detection, Medallion of Thoughts, Helm of Teleportation, or other items that have only 3 charges. They regain 1d3 daily at dawn.
Interesting I didn't know a d3 was a thing. Off to buy weird dice now.
