This mask is the burial mask of an ancient king who worshiped Tiamat.  This mask has 5 charges.  You can expend one charge to roll a d8.  You can regain a spell slot of a level equal to or less than the number rolled.  This mask regains 1d4 + 1 charges daily at dawn.  You also get a +1 bonus to AC.
