This mask is the burial mask of an ancient king who worshipped Tiamat.  While wearing this mask, you gain the ability to carry twice as much without being encumbered, advantage on all Charisma checks and saving throws, and the ability to breathe underwater.  In addition, you gain a +1 bonus to AC.
