1/long rest the wearer, may summon a Dretch as an action. The Dretch appears within 15ft of the summoner and remains for 1 Hour or until slain. It considers the one that called it, its master, and the wearer can command the Dretch telepathically with a bonus action as long as it is within 60ft of them.

These items were popular and commonplace in Second Age Draxia, and still turn up from time to time in later ages.
