A gauntlet once belonging to a titan desiring to wipe out half of all living things. The gauntlet itself is powerless, but allows the user to control the 6 Primordial Stones, each granting unique powers to the user that wields them. This item does not require attunement and will grant this power to anyone who wears it.

Once the user has acquired a stone, they can affix it to the gauntlet. After which, they are unable to be removed by anything except if the wearer chooses to release it from the gauntlet.

If all 6 Stones are acquired and used with the gauntlet:

As an action, allows the user to cast the Power Word Kill Spell.

Limitations imposed are at the discretion of the DM. Otherwise, the effect can be used at will without consuming a spell slot but still holds to the limitations of the spell itself.
