Weapon (dagger), very rare (requires attunement by a spellcaster)

This ornate dagger appears as if the blade has been made out of sapphire gemstone but feels like metal. It is technically neither and is actually a piece of the Ethereal plane made into solid material.

While you are attuned to this dagger it has a +2 magic bonus to attack and damage rolls. It also can act as an arcane focus for you and when used as one for your spellcasting you may ignore any required material components that do not have a specified gold cost, even if they would be consumed by the spell. When using this dagger as an arcane focus your spell attacks also have a magic bonus of +2 to attack rolls.

The dagger has 20 charges. While holding the dagger you can use an action to expend 1 or more of its charges to cast one of the following spells from it, using your spell save DC and spell attack bonus: Blade Barrier (6 charges), Blink (3 charges), Dimension Door (4 charges), Etherealness (7 charges), Teleport (7 charges). The dagger recovers 2d8+4 charges daily at dawn.

In addition, while you are attuned to the dagger and have it on your person, you can cast the Misty Step spell at-will - no charges or spell slots required.

Proficiency with a dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
