This amulet is made from the skull of a raven, and black and white raven feathers. It is unclear who first created these amulets, but some claim it was harpies while other claim it was created by worshipers of the Raven Queen. 

This amulet has 3 charges; 1 charge can be used to summon a Swarm of Ravens, and 3 charges can be used to polymorph the user into a Raven.

1d4-1 charges are regained at dawn.
