As an action, expend 1 use of this ring to scream as loudly as you can. Make a performance check. This turn you have an additional fly speed in feet equal to 2 x (your performance check). As a bonus action on subsequent turns, you can attempt to maintain the scream, drawing out every ounce of air in your lungs. Make a performance check with the DC equal to 1 + (your performance check from the previous turn). The fly speed you gain on activation persists each turn until you either stop screaming or fail your performance check. 

This ring has 2 uses and regains one charge each dawn.
