Does a ring of protection stack with this?
Yes
Referring to magic item table I, how is "Armor +1 Plate" Roll 66-67 different from a Roll of 76 Magic Armor; "Armor, +3 Plate" Where the cost in a shared campaign (XGTE Appendix A) is 12 Treasure Checkpoints in Table I?
Will Duplicate in the Armor +3 Plate Message board.
Leather +1 is pretty much the same functionally as studded leather, right? At most it's maybe light? But because it's a magic item likely costs significantly more? I guess it's just that any Armor can be +1, but it's still kind of weird that it even exists.
Similarly hide+1 being equivalent to a chain short (although it not being metal might make a difference for some things), chainshirt+1 being equivalent to breastplate, scalemail+1 being equivalent to half plate, and splint+1 being equivalent to plate.
Is there anything I'm missing that would make these noticeable different?
Yeah, if you're playing druid fx you cant wear any metal armor so having the option to better your armor with magic is really helpful.
