The Greatwhip is a larger and more deadly version of a common whip. Greatwhips deal 1d6 slashing damage, do not have the finesse property and use the Strength ability to wield.

Most Greatwhips feature a very small grappling hook fastened to its striking end.

 

Proficiency with a shortsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
