Armor (plate), artifact (requires attunement by a Fighter)
This silver plate armor is decorated with engravings of a fierce battle between a fighter and a gargantuan 7-headed hydra.
While attuned to this armor you gain the following benefits.
- This armor acts as a +3 plate armor
- Gain Resistance to one of the following damage types: Fire, Lightning, Acid, Poison, Cold, Necrotic, or Thunder (you may switch the element of your choice daily at dawn)
- you may call upon the latent magical energy of this armor and restore 2d12+(2 x Constitution modifier) in health, you can not use this power till the next dawn
- Double your constitution modifier when determining maximum health, and after attuning to this armor raise your max health to the new appropriate number
- 2 random minor beneficial properties and 1 random major beneficial property
Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.

they are either in the dungeon masters handbook or the players handbook, there is a table of random effects that are applied to artifacts
What page? I've looked in both books and I can't find it
