Potion, uncommon
When you drink this potion, you can cast the level 3 version of the Animal Friendship spell (save DC 13).
Agitating this potion’s muddy liquid brings little bits into view: a fish scale, a hummingbird feather, a cat claw, or a squirrel hair.
This is the only potion that lets you cast a spell. Does that mean it can be counterspelled? Do you have to put together the Verbal, Somatic and Material components, in addition to drinking the potion? Perhaps the potion is the Material component, but can the potion be lost if you're Grappled, preventing proper Somatic motions?
Every other potion gives you an effect that may be like a spell, but it doesn't make you cast the spell.
