Posted May 2, 2025If you are a Paladin, this got EXCELLENT with Wrathful Smite. Along with anything that does necrotic damage on your attacks, for that matter (Spirit Shroud use-case).
You will heal from all the necrotic damage you dealt.

Posted Oct 13, 2025If a creature only has 1 HP left when the extra necrotic damage triggers, does the attacker get 15 temporary HP or 1?

Posted Nov 5, 2025The description states that it would be equal to the necrotic damage taken so i would rule that only 1 temp hp would be gained.
