so I've rolled a urban bounty hunter as their background from Independent Realms as their homeland and Candlekeep being the settlement. this character apparently has no family(since castle has no family chart to correlate with), allies, or rivals. i have their race and class as Tabaxi Fighter at level 3 they're a samurai.
so by my best guess they were a defender of Candlekeep until something called them away to adventure?

I have asked and they are working on an 2024 rules update. They haven't announced details just yet.
