Without any arms it cannot drag itself across the ground or use its slam.
Multiattack. The beefbeast makes two slam attacks.

Description
A beefbeast is a strange creature indeed. The abominations typically come about from the Carrion Cone of a beefholder, but some mad mages might accidently create one attempting to bring life to raw meat. Whatever the case, these beasts aren't very smart. They have no brain, no ability to think, no will of their own, they're just meat in a vaguely humanoid shape that will do what they are told by their creator. They aren't much of a nuisance alone, but if allowed to grow to great sizes they can and will swarm their enemies. It's recommended to kill them with fire for a good meal to pick you up after the fight.
