Actual Cannibal

Reckless. At the start of its turn, the Cannibal can gain advantage on all melee weapon attack rolls during that turn, but attack rolls against it have advantage until the start of its next turn.

Crawling. As a bonus action the cannibal goes down onto all fours crawling rapidly with both hands and feet. While doing this it's movement speed is 60ft and attacks of opportunity have disadvantage against it. But the cannibal can only attack with it's Bite attack while doing this. The cannibal can return to standing as a bonus action on subsequent turns. 

Resurrection. When the Cannibal is killed outright it will come back to life with 1HP after 1 minute or when no one can see it, whatever happens first. To do this its head must at least be still attached to its body. If decapitated or if its body is completely destroyed it cannot use this feature. Any loss of limbs or bodily damage it sustained does not heal after coming back to life. But it does not suffer from loss of blood and is still considered a living creature (not undead) otherwise. It can use this feature once a day. 

Multiattack – The Cannibal can make 2 melee attacks with it's Battle Axe. If the Cannibal has it's Dagger drawn it may also make a attack with that.

Battle Axe. Melee Weapon Attack : +9 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8+3) or 8(1d10+3) if wielded two handed.

Dagger. Melee Weapon Attack : +9 to hit, reach 5ft, one target. Hit: 5 (1d4+3)

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5ft, one target. Hit: 5 (1d4+3). One hit the actual cannibal takes a bit out of the target. The cannibal regains a number of hit points equal to the damage dealt to the target.
