Assault Form: Instead of the normal attack action, the Eidolon can attack all enemies within 5 feet of it. Make a separate attack roll against each target. Any target that this attack hits takes 2d4 + str in slashing damage.
Guardian Form: The gaurdian can forego one of its claw attacks to cause any enemy hit by its first attack to have disadvantage on its next attack that does not target the Eidolon.
Support Form: The Eidolon can forego one or both attacks to instead heal an ally within 30 feet. The target recovers 1d6 points of damage for each attack it did not use.
Claws. The Eidolon makes two Claw attacks. The Eidolon uses the Warlock's proficiency bonus in addition to its own strength modifier to calculate the to hit and damage rolls.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) [slashing] damage.
Description

Posted Oct 12, 20221st, you cannot add homebrew creature statblocks to a character page (Like you would with Druid's Wildshape) under the Extra's tab. All this means is you would need the statblock pulled up in another web page to have it handy, not a real game breaker but could be tedious. Additionally, with the constraints of dndbeyond and my own html knowledge, I could not figure out how to make it show the proper numbers across the entirety. For example the claw attack is based off of its own strength modifier plus warlocks prof bonus. Meaning it changes as you gain levels. Lastly, other things I could not figure out how to code in the constraints of dndbeyond would be, the health. It should be a number of d8's equal to the warlock's level, plus its own constitution modifier. Its proficiency bonus scales at the same level as the player. DUE to the above, its not a polished statblock and would love some insight into what your thoughts are when playtesting it!
