Angelic Weapons. The boddel's weapon attacks are magical. When the solar hits with any weapon, the weapon deals an extra 3d8 radiant damage (included in the attack).

Divine Awareness. The boddel knows if it hears a lie.

Innate Spellcasting. The boddel's spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 20). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: detect evil and good, invisibility (self only)

1/day each: blade barrier, dispel evil and good, resurrection

Magic Resistance. The boddel has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Reincarnation.  If a boddel is slain, it will vanish immediately with all possessions.  It will then be reincarnated at it's dwelling in Demon's End in d100 days.  It will retain all memories and know the method of its demise.

Actions

Multiattack. The boddel makes two longsword attacks.

Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d8+6) slashing damage plus 12 (3d8) radiant damage.

Slaying Longbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, range 150/600 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d8 + 6) piercing damage plus 27 (6d8) radiant damage. If the target is a creature that has 100 hit points or fewer, it must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or die.

Healing Touch (3/Day). The boddel touches another creature. The target magically regains 40 (8d8 + 4) hit points and is freed from any curse, disease, poison, blindness, or deafness.

Legendary Actions

The bodell can take 1 legendary action, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The boddel regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Teleport. The boddel magically teleports, along with any equipment it is wearing or carrying, up to 120 feet to an unoccupied space it can see.

Searing Burst. The boddel emits magical, divine energy. Each creature of its choice in a 10-foot radius must make a DC 20 Dexterity saving throw, taking 14 (4d6) fire damage plus 14 (4d6) radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

 

Description

Usett Hevner are humanoid in appearance.  All appear in female form.  Physically they are identical.  5'6", 140 lbs, olive complexion, white hair, and solid silver eyes.  The only distinguishing feature they exhibit is the tendency to have slightly differing braids in their hair.   Unless fighting, they do not appear to be armed.
