Summoning Gaze. When the asudem is near any type of rock, it may once per turn change a rock of any size into a monster or being the same size as the rock (Tiny, Small, Medium, Large, Huge, Gargantuan). Any creature of that size or smaller within 30 feet of the summoned creature at the start of its turn must make a DC 14 Wisdom saving through if the creature isn’t incapacitated and they can see the creature. If the saving throw fails by 5 or more, the creature becomes charmed by the summoned creature. Otherwise, a creature that fails the save is restrained. The restrained creature must repeat the saving throw at the end of its next turn, becoming charmed on a failure or ending the effect on a success. The charming lasts for one hour, until the creature is injured, or the summoned creature or the asudem are defeated or retreat further than 30 feet from the charmed creature.
Unless surprised, a creature may use a reaction to move out of the 30 foot radius on their turn to avoid the saving throw. If the asudem sees itself reflected on a polished surface within 30 feet of it and in an area of bright light, the asudem will become charmed by whatever creature is closest to it for an hour.
