Traits

Magic Resistance. The reverser has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Sentinel. You have mastered techniques to take advantage of every drop in any enemy's guard, gaining the following benefits:

  • When you hit a creature with an opportunity attack, the creature's speed becomes 0 for the rest of the turn.
  • Creatures provoke opportunity attacks from you even if they take the Disengage action before leaving your reach.
  • When a creature within 5 feet of you makes an attack against a target other than you (and that target doesn't have this feat), you can use your reaction to make a melee weapon attack against the attacking creature.

Elder Regeneration. 1/2 force damage dealt by the reverser is regained as hit points.

Actions

Multiattack. The reverser makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, range 10 ft., one creature. Hit: 22 (2d12 + 10) piercing damage plus 12 (4d6) force damage. The reverser may heal its self or an ally within 30 feet for 1/2 total damage dealt.

Tentacle. Melee Weapon Attack: +17 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (2d10 + 10) slashing damage plus 12 (4d6) force damage.

Thirst of the Blind Eternities (Recharge 5–6). The reverser's stomach eye opens and seems to peer into an infinite void. Each creature within 40ft of the reverser must make a DC 25 Strength check or be pulled 15ft towards the Reverser.

Reactions

Reversal. When a creature the reverser can see within 30 feet of it regains hit points, the reverser reduces the number of hit points regained to 0, and the reverser deals 24 (4d12) force damage to the creature.

Legendary Actions

The reverser can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The reverser regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Tentacle. The reverser makes a Tentacle Attack.
