Arch Inquisitor's staff. The Arch Inquisitors staff is an arcane focus that grants a +2 bonus to the Arch Inquisitors' spell attack and DC.
Wails of the Tormented(1/day). The Arch Inquisitor conjures the mental agony of the creatures the arch Inquisitor has made to suffer untold horrors. Up to five targets within 60ft of the arch inquisitor must make a Wisdom saving throw, on a failure the target takes 5d10 psychic damage and has disadvantage on there attack rolls until the start of the arch inquisitors next round. On a success, the target takes half damage and disadvantage isn't imposed.
Confession of the Dead. The Arch Inquisitor can summon the soul of a recently killed creature, an unwilling soul must pass a Wisdom saving throw, or be forcibly summoned to the arch inquisitors side. The spirit must answer any question the arch inquisitor askes to the best of its ability.
Iron Will. The Arch Inquisitor has advantage on any save against being charmed or frightened.
Spellcasting. The Arch Inquisitor is a 13th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 18, +10 to hit with spell attacks). The Arch Inquisitor has the following spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): Firebolt, Prestidigitation, Message, Frostbite
1st level (4 slots): Inflict wounds, Charm person, Cause fear
2nd level (3 slots): Suggestion, Invisibility, Locate object
3rd level (3 slots): Speak with Dead, Blood Lance, Fear
4th level (3 slots): Blight, Death Ward
5th level (2 slots): Immolation, Far Step
6th level (1 slot): Globe of invincibility
7th level (1 slot): Power word pain
Arch Inquisitor's staff. Melee Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft. one target. Hit: 10 (1d8 + 1) bludgeoning damage, and (1d10) psychic damage.
Screams of the Punished. The Arch Inquisitor conjures the mental agony of the creatures the arch Inquisitor has punished. If a hostile creature attacks a target within 30ft of the arch Inquisitor, it imposes disadvantage to the attack and deals 1d10 psychic damage.
Description
Inquisitors spend their lives in the study and training of hunting down elusive criminals, heretical cults, and enemy spies. They serve in the Inquisatorius Maximus and answer only to there superiors and the Grand inquisitor.
