Amorphous. The slime hydra can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.
Aversion to Fire. If the slime hydra takes fire damage, it has disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks until the end of its next turn.
Multiple Tentacle. The slime hydra has five tentacles.
Unless it as taken fire damage, whenever the hydra takes 25 or more damage in a single turn, one of its tentacles falls off, splitting from the main body, and counting as a monster of its own. If all its tentacles fall, the slime hydra dies.
Fallen tentacles have 10 hits point and an AC of 15, they may use the pseudopod attack as if it was still on the hydra and have a speed of 20 ft. they also share the Aversion to fire traits.
Reactive Tentacles. For each tentacle the hydra has beyond one, it gets an extra reaction that can be used only for opportunity attacks.
Multiattack. The hydra makes as many Pseudopod attacks as it has tentacles.
Pseudopod. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d4 + 5) bludgeoning damage plus 3 (1d6) acid damage.
Description
The slime hydra is a slime horror and multiple tentacles. Although its tentacles can be severed, they start a life of their own after they've been split from the body.
