Description
One day the wizard twins who created the tabby griffon and the Cadger, were approached by a group of paladins and clerics for the god Ragathiel the General of Vengeance, they said that the twins’ talents with the art of magical cross breeding were becoming legendary across the lands and they had been searching near and far for them to ask them to create a war mount for their leader and this mount must embody the divine fury and ferocity of their god Ragathiel in a frightful form without looking too demonic. Excited and emboldened by this new challenge the twins said they accepted the task and told the group to return within seven weeks. So after many weeks of research and experimentation the twins settled on crossing a polar bear with a giant badger and the end result was a large somewhat adorable highly intelligent and ferocious beast with a insatiable appetite for boars, deers, bunyips and fish as well as the flesh of any evildoers. When the paladins and clerics of Ragathiel saw what the twins had created which the twins called the beadger of Ragathiel’s wrath, they were so happy that they paid the twins 38,000 GP ( gold pieces) for a entire pack of 8-12 beadgers for them to use as mounts and happily went on their way.
