Beast Speak. Through sounds and gestures, the lythari can communicate simple ideas with Large or smaller beasts, and can understand them in turn.
Change Shape. The lythari can use a bonus action to magically polymorph into a wolf. It can revert to its true form as a bonus action. Its statistics, other than its size, are the same in each form. The lythari can’t speak or cast spells in its wolf form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying in humanoid form melds into the wolf form. It can’t activate, use, wield, or otherwise benefit from any of its equipment. It reverts to its humanoid form if it dies.
Fey Ancestry. The gloom weaver has advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can’t put it to sleep.
