Aura of menace: A righteous aura surrounds archon that fight or get angry. Any hostile creature within a 20-foot radius of an archon must succeed on a Wisdom save DC 16 to resist its effects. Those who fail take a -2 penalty on attacks, AC, and saves for 24 hours or until they successfully hit the archon that generated the aura. A creature that has resisted or broken the effect cannot be affected again by the same archon’s aura for 24 hours.

Spell casting. The Archon Hound is a 4-level Paladin. Its spell casting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 11, +3 to hit with spell attacks). The Archon Hound has following Paladin spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): [ Thaumaturgy [Spare the dying] 
1st level (3 slots): [cure wounds], [Divine favor ]

Lay on hands: the hound archon has a pool of 20 hit-points it can use

Fighting style : great weapon fighting ; When the hound archon roll a 1 or 2 on a damage die for an attack the archon makes with a melee weapon that it is wielding with two hands, it can re roll the die and must use the new roll. The weapon must have the two-handed or versatile property for it to gain this benefit.

Observant : If archon can see a creature's mouth while it is speaking a language it understand, it can interpret what it's saying by reading its lips. You have a +5 bonus to it's passive Wisdom (Perception) and passive Intelligence (Investigation) scores.

Channel divinity :

  1. Abjure Enemy. As an action, the archon speak a prayer of denunciation, using it's Channel Divinity. Choose one creature within 60 feet of archon that it can see. That creature must make a Wisdom saving throw, unless it is immune to being frightened. Fiends and undead have disadvantage on this saving throw.

    On a failed save, the creature is frightened for 1 minute or until it takes any damage. While frightened, the creature’s speed is 0, and it can’t benefit from any bonus to its speed.

    On a successful save, the creature’s speed is halved for 1 minute or until the creature takes any damage.

  2. Vow of Enmity. As a bonus action, archon can utter a vow of enmity against a creature it can see within 10 feet of it, using the archon's Channel Divinity. it gain advantage on attack rolls against the creature for 1 minute or until it drops to 0 hit points or falls unconscious.

Divine smite : when the hound Archon hit a creature with a melee weapon attack, it can expend one spell slot to deal radiant damage to the target, in addition to the weapon’s damage. The extra damage is 2d8 for a 1st-level spell slot, plus 1d8 for each spell level higher than 1st, to a maximum of 5d8. The damage increases by 1d8 if the target is an undead or a fiend, to a maximum of 6d8

Actions

Multi attack. the Archon hound can make one great-sword attack and one bite attack, or two claw attacks and one bite attack.

Great sword . Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5ft., 1 target. Hit: 10 (2d6 +2) slashing  damage. 

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5ft., 1 target. Hit: 12 (2d8 +2) Piercing   damage. 

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5ft., 1 target. Hit: 6 (1d6 +2) slashing  damage.

Lay on hands : the hound archon can heal a target for up to 20 hit-point

Description

Hound archons look like well-muscled humans with canine heads. Vibrant red skin and pulp less eyes.
