Spines. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d12 + 3) piercing damage.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) slashing damage.
Poison Spray (Recharge 5–6). The frog head sprays poison in a 15--foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 31 (7d8) poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Description
An aquatic chimera is a vile combination of fish, frog, and snake, and features the heads of all three of those creatures. It likes to swim up from the depths and coat prey with its poison spray before swollowing them whole.
