Butting Charge. If the carnotaurus moves at least 25 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a gore attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 9 (2d8) piercing damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the carnotaurus can make one stomp attack against it as a bonus action.
Grappler. The carnotaurus has advantage on attack rolls against any creature grappled by it.
Keen Smell. The carnotaurus has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.
Sure-Footed. The carnotaurus has advantage on Strength and Dexterity saving throws made against effects that would knock it prone.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 4) piercing damage.
Gore. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) piercing damage.
Stomp. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one prone creature. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it is grappled (escape DC 14). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained, and the carnotaurus can't stomp another target. The grapple automatically ends if the carnotaurus moves, is knocked prone, or is incapacitated.
