Traits

Filter Feeding. When the zombie shark moves, it can enter a Large or smaller creature's space. The first time it enters a creature's space, that creature must succeed on a DC 22 Dexterity saving throw, being swallowed on a failed save.

Disgorge Zombie. As a bonus action, the zombie shark can disgorge a normal zombie, which appears in an unoccupied space within 15 feet of it. The disgorged zombie acts on its own initiative count. After a zombie is disgorged, roll a d6. On a roll of 1, the zombie shark runs out of zombies to disgorge and loses this trait, though it can still disgorge any creature it swallows that becomes zombie. On a roll of 6, the next zombie the zombie shark disgorges is an ogre zombie. If the zombie shark still has this trait when it dies, 2 (1d4) zombies erupt from its corpse.

Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the zombie to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the zombie drops to 1 hit point instead.

Actions

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 35 (4d12 + 9) piercing damage. If the target is a Large or smaller creature, it must succeed on a DC 22 Dexterity saving throw or be swallowed by the zombie shark. A swallowed creature is blinded and restrained, it has total cover against attacks and other effects outside the zombie shark, and it takes 21 (6d6) poison damage at the start of each of the zombie shark's turns.  A creature that dies while swallowed becomes a zombie the zombie shark can disgorge at the start of its next turn.

If the zombie shark takes 30 damage or more on a single turn from a creature inside it, the zombie shark must succeed on a DC 21 Constitution saving throw at the end of that turn or regurgitate all swallowed creatures, which fall prone in a space within 10 feet of the zombie shark. If the zombie shark dies, a swallowed creature is no longer restrained by it and can escape from the corpse by using 20 feet of movement, exiting prone
