Bonded Mount. Andy is magically bound to his riding horse, Onyx. While mounted on this beast, Andy gains the beast’s senses. The bonded mount obeys Andy’s commands. If his mount dies, Andy can train a new beast to serve as his bonded mount, a process requiring a month.
Sneak Attack. Andy deals an extra 7 (2d6) damage when he hits a target with a weapon attack and has advantage on the attack roll, or when the target is within 5 feet of an ally of Andy that isn’t incapacitated and Andy doesn’t have disadvantage on the attack roll.
Cowboys Ain't Got Time to Reload. Andy can ignore the loading property of firearms.
Whew, that was a close one! (Mythic Trait; Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). When Andy is reduced to 1/4 or fewer hit points he immediately regains all expended uses of his legendary actions.
Multiattack. Andy makes two Colt Single Action attacks, or four Colt Single Action attacks at disatvantage.
Colt Single Action. Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 60/240 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d10 + 4) piercing damage.
Hand-to-Hand. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, range 5 ft., one target. Hit: 3 (1d4 + 1) bludgeoning damage.
Grenade Launcher (recharge 5-6). Andy casts the spell fireball with non-magical bludgeoning damage as the damage type.
Dumb Luck. When an attacker Andy can see hits it with an attack, Andy can halve the damage against him via an unlikely environmental occurrence.
Andy can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Andy regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.
Whistle. Andy lets out a loud whistle. All creatures within 30 feet that can hear Andy must succeed on a DC 15 Charisma Saving throw or be deafened until the end of their next turn.
Hat tip. Andy tips his hat toward a creature within 60 feet and, inexplicably, rubble topples down from somewhere above onto the creature. The creature must make a DC 15 Dexterity Saving throw, taking 7 (2d6) points of bludgeoning damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a success.
Heeyah! (Costs 2 Actions). Andy urges Onyx forward. Andy and Onyx may move up to his full speed, and may even travel through hostile creature's spaces. Any creature he comes within 5 feet of must make a DC 15 Dexterity Saving throw, taking 7 (2d6) points of bludgeoning damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a success.
When Andy's mythic trait is active the following actions may be chosen as additional legendary action.
See You, Space Cowboy (Costs 3 Actions). Andy and Onyx boast of their victory and wish the party better luck next time, before moving up to five times their movement speed. This movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity. Any ability checks made as part of this action are made with advantage.
Description
Andy Von De Oniyate is a tall, lanky bounty hunter with a cowboy gimmick.
Andy is rich and uses his funds to support his lifestyle and the numerous fines for property damage levied against him. His scruffy blonde hair is grown out peeks from under his grey cowboy hat. Andy always wears his full cowboy getup: the aforementioned grey hat, a white coat and chaps, grey double-breasted shirt, grey gloves, jeans, and a red ascot.
Andy is never anywhere but atop his horse, Onyx, often riding him into buildings or even up stairs and elevators.

Note that invoking Andy's mythic version may get a laugh from some playgroups and raise the ire of others. Know you group before giving your monsters a get-out-of-jail-free card.
