Multiattack. Agrissa makes two Bladed Fan attacks, or uses Rhythmic Flurry.

Bladed Fan. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 8 (1d4 + 8) slashing damage. 

Rhythmic Flurry (Recharge 5-6). Agrissa's strikes accelerate to vicious speeds, and the area around her becomes a cyclone of steel. She makes one Bladed Fan attack against all creatures within ten feet, ending next to a creature of her choosing. While moving between targets, Agrissa expends no movement, and does not provoke opportunity attacks.

Reactions

Steely Riposte. When a creature you can see hits you with an attack, you can use your reaction to halve the attack's damage against you.
