Spell Reflection. If the Afanc makes a successful saving throw against a spell, or a spell attack misses it, the Afanc can choose another creature (including the spellcaster) it can see within 120 feet of it. The spell targets the chosen creature instead of the Afanc. If the spell forced a saving throw, the chosen creature makes its own save. If the spell was an attack, the attack roll is rerolled against the chosen creature.
Description
An Afanc is a creature created by magic combining a beaver with a crocodile and imbuing it with transmutation magic. Its thick scaly exterior protects it from attacks both magical and non magical. An Afanc is a predator that likes to hunt in packs. more often than not it will travel in packs of 3-5 but sometimes they shun the weak in which case they have to travel alone. Afancs are very aggressive but will back down from a fight when they are almost dead leaving the rest of the pack to die.
