Assassins Art - Bōheki (2/Day). When Waru fails a Saving Throw, she can choose to re-roll, and take the second result.
Assassins Art - Kyūkei (1/Day). As an Action, Waru can recover 1d10 + 14 Hit Points.
Innate Spellcasting. Waru, Right Hand of Kappuku's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). Waru, Right Hand of Kappuku can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

Multiattack. Waru makes Four Attacks, three with her Wakizashi, and one with her Shuriken.
Shadow Wakizashi. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) slashing damage, or 9 (1d10 + 4) slashing damage if used with two hands to make a melee attack, plus 2 (1d4) necrotic damage that cannot be healed except by a Short or Long Rest. The damage repeats each turn, unless stopped by a DC 14 Medicine Check.
Quickstep Shuriken. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d4 + 5) piercing damage in melee, or 6 (1d4 + 5) piercing damage at range. When thrown, the wielder will teleport to the location thrown, or the dagger will return to the wielder.
Mage Slayer. When a target casts a spell while Waru is within 5 feet, she can make an Attack of Opportunity against them.
Sentinel. When Waru hits a creature with an Attack of Opportunity, their attack speed becomes 0, even if they disengaged. Furthermore, if an attack from a creature within 5 feet targets someone other than Waru, she can make an Attack of Opportunity against them.
Waru, Right Hand of Kappuku can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Waru, Right Hand of Kappuku regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Shadow Slink. Waru can dive into the World of Shadows and move half of her movement speed. She cannot be detected outside of Truesight and Blindsight in this form. Coming out of the Shadows takes half of her movement or another Legendary Action.
Description
A silent and secretive Tiefling, with Magenta skin and draped in black clothes, eternally wielding a thin, sheathed blade. No matter where Seido Kappuku goes, Waru is beside him, even if his clients can't see her yet.
