Clumsy Flyer. A chicken cannot sustain flight for more than one turn.
Magic Weapons. The Baby Phicken's attacks are considered magical.
Rejuvenation. If it dies, the Baby Phicken bursts into flame, leaving a pile of ashes and an egg that resembles a simple chicken egg. The egg will hatch in 1d12 days, returning the Baby Phicken to life and regaining all its hit points. Only a wish spell can prevent this trait from functioning.
Protective Aura (1/long rest). The Baby Phicken casts a magical aura that protects one target creature from harm, particularly magic. While protected by the aura, you gain a +1 bonus to AC and a +1 to spell saves made to avoid or resist the effect of spells. The aura will last for 1 hour, or can be dismissed by the Baby Phicken as a bonus action. Baby Phicken cannot take any other actions while maintaining this aura. The Baby Phicken must remain within 5ft of the target for the aura to be maintained.
Illumination. The Baby Phicken sheds bright gold light in a 15-foot radius and dim light for an additional 15 feet. The effect will end if it is dismissed with a bonus action or dispelled.
Action Ranged Attack. Fire Cough: +5 to hit, range 15ft., one target.Hit: 4 (1d6 + 1) fire damage.
Action Ranged Attack (2/day). Adorable Chirp: range 30ft., one target. This adorable chirp lets you convince a beast that you mean it no harm. Choose a beast that you can see within range. It must see and hear you. If the beast’s Intelligence is 4 or higher, the effect fails. Otherwise, the beast must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by you for 24 hours. If you or one of your companions harms the target, the effect ends.
Description
When a Pheonix and a Chicken love each other very much... It results in a Baby Phicken.
A Baby Phicken looks much like a chicken, except for a small plume of flame where its crown should be. Also, sometimes it glows.
If you are lucky enough to be there for the hatching, a Baby Phicken will imprint on the first creature it sees. A Baby Phicken may be vulnerable, but it does come with a number of protective abilities to keep itself, and the creature it has imprinted on, safe.
For some reason, the Phicken is born a strong sense of right and wrong. It will do its best to uphold all that is Lawful Good when it can - despite its small size.
