Coward. All bullies are cowards deep inside.  A player can decide to stand up to the bully by making a Intimidation Check.  If the player decides to stand up to the bully, the bully gets a -4 Intimidation disadvantage.  If the player's Intimidation Check value is higher than the bully's, the bully becomes Frightened and will run away from the player.  

Blackmail. Bullies have a +5 advantage in the Persuasion Skill.  

Show-off.  Bullies have a +2 advantage in the Performance Skill.   

 

Actions

Grab. Once per turn, the bully can grab a player.  In order for a bully to grab a player, they must make an Athletics Check.  If it is higher than the enemy's, the bully grabs the player successfully.  When the bully grabs a player, the player must make a successful Strength Saving Throw or they become Grappled.   

Punch.   Unarmed Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 1 (5)  bludgeoning damage.

Choke.  Unarmed Attack:  +7 to hit, touch., 1 target.  Hit:  1(1d4 + 3) force damage.  This attack can only be used if a player is Grappled.  

Shove.  Unarmed Attack:  +4 to hit, touch., 1 target.  Hit:  1(1d8 + 2) force damage.  This attack gets a +6 Attack Roll Advantage if the opponent is Grappled.     

Insult.  Hit:  1(1d4) psychic damage.  To avoid damage, a player must make a successful Wisdom Saving Throw. 

"Chicken Bawk Bawk".  Hit:  1(3) psychic damage.  To avoid damage, a player must make a successful Wisdom Saving Throw.  If the attack is successful, the player is left Frightened, and has a -3 disadvantage on Attack Rolls.           

 

Reactions

Roast. When an opponent uses a psychic attack, the bully can use an Opportunity psychic attack.  To do so, the bully must make a Performance Check.  If the Performance Check value is higher than the player's Persuasion Check value, the bully can use the Opportunity attack.  Hit:  1(1d6 - 1) psychic damage.    

Description

Bullies are mean people that are always picking on smaller, nicer kids.  They are always trying to puff themselves up by putting others down.  It doesn't improve their popularity or performance in school, but that what the bullies think.  Deep inside, bullies are cowards that were victims of bullying themselves.  They pick on smaller kids in an attempt to feel better about themselves.  Remember to don't be like them.  Don't be a bully.  Bullying helps no one, and I made the Alignment "Chaotic Evil" for a reason.
