Rotting aura. Each creature that remains on the ground within 15ft of the angel of decay at the end of its turn must make a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw or take 17 (5d6) necrotic damage, this necrotic damage bypasses all resistances unless the creature is undead. If a creature succeeds the saving throw they take half damage, on a failed save a living creature also must make a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw or be poisoned and for every round a creature takes damage from the rotting aura the angel of decay heals 5 hit points.
Unholy grace. The angel of decay adds their charisma bonus onto their armor class.
Magic Weapons. The angel of decay’s weapon attacks are magical.
Magic Resistance. The angel of decay has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Multi attack. The angel of decay makes four attacks, two with its claws and two with its wings. If a single target creature is hit twice and isn't a construct or undead they take an extra 10 (1d6 + 7) necrotic damage and the angel of decay heals 5 hit points.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 17 (3d6 + 7) slashing damage.
Wing. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 10 (1d6 + 7) bludgeoning damage.
