Cure of the All Powerful. Virgis the Pure can completely heal up to 12 creatures she can see, this also cures anything labeled in the Greater Restoration spell, or the Lesser Restoration spell, she can also use this to cure mental trauma and unpleasant feelings.

Spellcasting. Virgis the Pure is a 20th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is charisma (spell save DC (Unblockable),  (Unblockable) spell attacks). Virgis has following Cleric spells prepared:
9th level: (At will) Wish (When she casts wish, she can recreate any and all spells, including cantrips and 9th level spells)

Virgis the Pure has infinite legendary actions

Supreme Teleport (Costs 1 Actions) Vigis may teleport up to 20 creatures she can see to any place on any plane of existence (The god that rules over said plane may block this)

Description

Virgis the Pure is a large woman with long light pink robes on, she has long hair that seems to change color from a deep pink at the roots to a white at the ends. Her eyes glow with a pure warmth and holy light, calming all who look upon them. Large white wings sit folded on her back.

(While this is labeled as a monster, she was created as a god for one of my characters to worship a long time ago, so this whole creature is super unbalanced)

On initiative count 25 (losing initiative ties), Virgis takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; 

  • Cure All: All good aligned beings within her lair are fully healed and cured of all effects

Regional Effects

The region containing a legendary [monster name]’s lair is [enter the effect description], which creates one or more of the following effects:

  • The region around the holy gate that leads to Elysium gains 3 times the amount of crop from farming
  • The region around the holy gate cannot suffer illness 

If Virgis the Pure dies, these effects fade over the course of 30d20 years.
