Invisible. The Ghost is Invisible for most of the time.
Transparent. The Annoying Ghost is transparent, and is hard to see. As a result, it gets a +4 Stealth Check Advantage.
Scare. The Ghost appears out of thin air and starts making weird noises. Any players within a 25 ft. radius must make a Wisdom Saving Throw or become Frightened. If a player's saving throw is unsuccessful, the Ghost must roll an Intimidation Check. If the Intimidation Check Value is higher than 20, any player's with an unsuccessful saving throw take (1d4 + 1) psychic damage.
Haunt. The Ghost can also haunt a single person in their mind. This attack can have one target. The victim must make a Wisdom Saving Throw or become Frightened. On an unsuccessful saving throw, the Ghost must roll an Intimidation Check. If the value is higher than 18, the target takes (1d8) psychic damage.
Disappear. When attacked, the Ghost can make a Stealth Check to vanish from sight and become invisible again. The Stealth Check value must be higher than the player's Insight Check value.
