Description
The Blackwing Regiment is an elite force, a branch of the military under the direct control of the Emperor, dedicated to the empire and upholding its rightful ruler. The main part of their duties is to assure the emperor's safety, but they may be mobilized for other tasks should the emperor require it. In the past, they have helped put down rebellions, tracked down would-be assassins, and been sent to assure the safety of powerful emissaries to the empire.
The Blackwing Regiment bears the crest of the empire, a black raven with a ring in its beak on a field of orange. Their tabards are either trimmed in orange or white, and the armor itself is normally a matte black.
