Blood Draining Mouth Harpoon. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) piercing damage, and the cuttlefish attaches to the target. While attached, the cuttlefish doesn't attack. Instead, at the start of each of the cuttlefish's turns, the target loses 5 (1d4 + 3) hit points due to blood loss.

A creature that is struck by this harpoon must make a CON Save (DC 10) or become poisoned, as their body becomes numb and limp by the cuttlefish's venom.  The creature can repeat this saving throw again at the end of their turn, ending the condition on a success.  On a success, the target is immune the cuttlefish's venom for 24 hours.

The cuttlefish can detach itself by spending 5 feet of its movement. It does so after it drains 10 hit points of blood from the target or the target dies. A creature, including the target, can use its action to detach the cuttlefish.

Description

This pale white cuttlefish might seem cute or terrifying at a glance depending on your preferences.  Despite their dubious appearance, these darksea creatures are dangerous, especially in large swarms.  These cuttlefishes are predators that can harpoon their prey with a venomous appendage, reeling it or themselve in to feast.  As they feed, they drain their prey of blood, and their pale white flesh turns shades of red and pink as they gorge themselves.
