Twinned Spell. When she casts a spell that targets only one creature and doesn’t have a range of self, she can spend a number of sorcery points equal to the spell’s level to target a second creature in range with the same spell (1 sorcery point if the spell is a cantrip).
To be eligible, a spell must be incapable of targeting more than one creature at the spell’s current level. For example, magic missile and scorching ray aren’t eligible, but ray of frost and chromatic orb are.

Description

A golden-scaled kobold of about three feet with glowing blue eyes, glowing blue markings, wearing a glowing amulet and ring on her left middle finger. Her history is one of loss, of pain, and of rebirth in fire.

A former mage and thief that gave up much of her learned arcane knowledge when she discovered her innate power as a sorcerer, the kobold known as Anza Shattergaze became obsessed with her own power and sought more and more with no one there to guide her from the dark path she began to find herself following. Her tribe slain by goblins, abandoned by the Thieves' Guild, and left to burn after a job gone bad, the kobold's draconic heritage awoke in a burtst of flame that seared her would-be murderers. Seeking out artifacts to further enhance her fiery powers, the kobold eventually found herself in the sights of a group looking to bring about the release of their deity. A deity that the kobold herself found herself bowing in reverence to. The Scaled Tyrant. The Ultimate Evil. The Progenitor of Hell. The Dragonqueen. The Chromatic Dragon Goddess, Tiamat.

Working alongside the cult, she rapidly rose through their ranks with her power and knowledge. Finding herself beside the ones that worked from Avernus itself to free their Mistress from her shackles: Arkhan the Cruel, Krull, and Torogar Steelfist. Abandoning her old name to take on a new one to suit her fiery nature: the Blaze.

After he gained the Hand of Vecna, it was Anza that waited with Krull to bring the dragonborn to Avernus with his prize. And she works with them on matters of the arcane ever since, usually alongside Krull, the tortle Death Domain Cleric.
