Second Head. The druid has a second mushroom head that takes a turn 5 initiative after the normal head. It has its own actions and concentration but cannot take attack actions or move. The head has it's own 30hp if targeted directly.
Spellcasting. Both heads are an 8th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 15, +8 to hit with spell attacks). It has the following druid spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): Shape Water, Thorn Whip, Shillelagh
1st level (5 slots): Healing Word, entangle, faerie fire, Absorb Elements
2nd level (4 slots): Heat Metal, Warding Wind
3rd level (4 slots): dispel magic, Call Lightning, Daylight
4th level (2 slots): stoneskin, wall of fire, Dominate Beast
Multiattack. Can attack twice with Shillelagh.
Shillelagh. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: (1d8 + 4) blunt damage, plus 1d6 poison damage
Symbiotic Entity. (2x a day) Can awaken the spores that infuse him to gain +40 temp HP, he rolls double damage dice for his Halo of Spores damage, and deal +1d6 additional poison damage when he hits with a melee weapon attack for 10 minutes.
Halo of Spores: When a creature moves into a space within 10 feet of the druid, the druid can use a reaction to deal (2d6) necrotic damage to that creature unless it succeeds on a Constitution saving throw against the druids spell save DC. Damaged is halved without Symbiotic Entity.
Fungal Infestation. If a beast or a humanoid that is Small or Medium dies within 10 feet of the archdruid of spores, it can use its reaction to animate it, causing it to stand up immediately with 1 hit point. The creature uses the Zombie stat block.
