AC 21 with Shield of Faith

Spellcasting. The naga is a 9th-level spellcaster (spell save DC 16, +10 to hit with spell attacks) that needs only verbal components to cast its spells.

Its spellcasting ability is Charisma, and it has the following spells prepared:

Cantrips (at will): mending, sacred flame, Fire Bolt

1st level (5 slots): command, shield of faith

2nd level (4 slots): calm emotions, hold person

3rd level (3 slots): bestow curse, fireball, lightning bolt

4th level (2 slots): dimension door, fire shield

5th level (1 Slot): chain lightning,

Actions

Each round the Tomb Guardian can either cast a spell, bite or use Frightening Gaze. The Tomb Guardian can also cast Fire Bolt as a bonus action on any round it didn't cast another spell.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 10 ft., one creature. Hit: 16(3d6 + 6) piercing damage plus 14(4d6) poison damage.

Frightening Gaze . The Tomb Guardian fixes its gaze on one creature it can see within 30 feet of it. The target must succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw against this magic or become frightened for 1 minute. The frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a target's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the target is immune to the Tomb Guardian's gaze for the next 24 hours.

Tactics. If the Tomb Guardian is wise and cunning, and if it knows people are coming to attack it will buff itself with Shield of Faith and Fire Shield spells if it has time. It will use Chain Lightning the first chance it gets when targets are grouped together and Fireball multiple times if they stay grouped together after that. The Tomb Guardian will also use dimension door to get away if necessary while trying to use frightening gaze on any targets it thinks might not have strong mental defenses.
