Legendary Resistance (3/Day): If the Ancient Fairy Dragon fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Spellcasting. The Ancient Fairy Dragon is a 18th level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC=24, +15 to hit with spell attacks). The Ancient Fairy Dragon draws its power from the Sorcerer Spell List.
Psychic Blast (Recharge 5-6): The Ancient Fairy Dragon taps into the mind of any creature it can see within 120 ft. That creature must make a DC 24 Wisdom saving throw, taking 91 (26d6) Psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Bite: Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d4 + 7) magical piercing damage.
Endearing Presence: Each creature of the dragon's choice that is within 120 feet of the Fairy Dragon and aware of it must succeed on a DC 21 Wisdom saving throw or become Charmed for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the Effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the Effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the dragon's Endearing Presence for the next 24 hours.
Description
A tiny one foot tall, one foot long dragon with two large butterfly wings. The body of the dragon is almost like rubber in substance and can be stretched/pulled up to a fourth of a foot (additional 4 inches.) The fairy dragons sweat is a liquid form of wild fey magic that seeps from underneath its skin. The more sweats the fairy dragon consumes, increases not only the amount of sweat it builds up but also the potency of liquid magic.
Fairy Dragons are often very mischievous and tend to go where their whims take them. They tend to be very emotional and grow attached to the mortal plane. It is not uncommon that older fairy dragons will try to make pets of humanoid and beastial creatures alike. However, if one of the fairy dragons “pets” were to meet an untimely fate in the presence of the fairy dragon, their soul will be sent to the Fairy Dragons very own pocket dimension.
The death of a fairy dragon would cause a immediate hole to be ripped into the fabric of space, causing all of it’s “pets” souls to be released; simultaneously releasing a looming curse of unhappiness within a five mile radius for the next 100 years.
