Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Urshak fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.

Void Portal (1/Day). If Urshak feels threatened, or feels that his army is failing, he can call out to the Void to create a portal to the Void realm. The portal persists for one round (6 seconds) before closing. Other creatures may enter the portal before it closes.

Aggressive. As a bonus action, Urshak can move up to his speed toward a hostile creature that he can see.

Gruumsh's Fury. Urshak deals an extra 4 (1d8) damage when he hits with a weapon attack (included in the attacks).

Actions

Multiattack. Urshak makes two attacks with his greataxe.

Greataxe. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (1d12 + 4 plus 1d8) slashing damage.

Battle Cry (1/Day). Each creature of Urshaks choice that is within 30 feet of him, can hear him, and not already affected by Battle Cry gain advantage on attack rolls until the start of the Urshak's next turn. Urshak can then make one attack as a bonus action.

Void Call (1/Day). Urshak magically calls up to 6 Orc Zombies, provided that there are bodies nearby to raise. While in darkness, Urshak can call 2 Tanarukk instead. When the called creatures arrive they start acting as allies and obeying his spoken commands.

Spellcasting. Urshak is a 9th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks).

Reactions

Shargaas's Blessing. As Darkness is cast Urshak grants up to 5 Allies within 30 feet for 10 minutes Shargaas’s Sight. Magical darkness doesn't impede the target's darkvision.

Regeneration. If an enemy of Urshak uses a healing spell, or healing magic, he can roll and steal 1d10 worth of the healing magic from the spell and use it to heal himself instead.

Legendary Actions

Urshak can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Urshak regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.

Necrotic Blast. A beam of crackling energy streaks toward a creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d10+5 force damage.

Necrotic Curse. Urshak selects a target and bestows a curse on them. The target must make a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw. If failed, the following effect takes place: Until the curse is ended with a Remove Curse spell, or similar, Urshak's spells and attacks deal an extra 1d8 damage.
