Traits

Keen Hearing and Smell. The dog has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.

Empathic Telepathy. The dog can project feelings and emotions to anyone within a 50-foot radius of it.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2d8+10 piercing damage.

Teleport (Recharge 2). The dog magically teleports, along with any equipment it is wearing or carrying, up to 40 feet to an unoccupied space it can see. Before or after teleporting, the dog can make one bite attack.

Fearsome Howl (Recharge 2) The dog lets out a loud, bone-chilling howl. Any creature of an opposing alignment must made a constitution-saving throw with a DC 20. Upon a fail, the target becomes Frightened until it breaks line of sight with the dog.

Canine Casting. The Archhound is a spellcaster with 3-2-1-1 spell slots. It knows the following spells: 

4th level (one slot): Confusion, Dimension Door

3rd level (one slot): Slow, Haste

2nd level (two slots): Invisibility, Blur

1st level (three slots): Fog Cloud, Featherfall, Sleep

Description

A blink dog takes its name from its ability to blink in and out of existence, a talent it uses to aid its attacks and to avoid harm. The Archhound is a blink dog rewarded with an extended life and Awakening by an archfey after it defended and nearly died defending a pack of unicorns from poachers.
